Management Team

Andy Grice – Director

Andrew “Andy” Grice oversees the Operations of the Company across all geographic regions and across all Client profiles; developing managerial strategies and positions and encouraging organic growth. Andy was instrumental in the setting up of a Manned Guarding operation in the United Arab Emirates, and was more recently a co-Owner of Senator Security. With over 30 years working in Security Management, Andy offers a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Group and is well placed to provide leadership and support as we grow and expand our operational footprint. Andy is a hands-on Director and is intrinsically involved in portfolio management.

Robbie Ryan – Director

Robbie Ryan has worked in the private security industry for over 34 years and has been instrumental in developing our Shopping Centre and Retail Park portfolio. Developing key contacts across various Client groups, Robbie has extended our geographic coverage across various sectors. Robbie offers a wealth of experience in Key Account management and is very much a hands-on Director; intrinsically involved in portfolio management and development.

Scott Huntley – Director

Scott Huntley oversees the various Support Services which compliment the service delivery and wider operations of the Company. Providing oversight of the HR and Accounts functions, our ISO, SIA ACS and Safe Contractor accreditations are also managed internally by the Support Team. Scott’s experience in cost management has ensured the Group remains commercially competitive as it expands further within its current operational footprint. 

Lee Johnson – Senior Contracts Manager

With over 20 years of industry experience, Lee offers a wealth of knowledge and contract management experience to the team. Directly managing a specific portfolio of key Clients, Lee is instrumental in ensuring service provision is delivered in accordance with Client requirements. Indeed Lee aims to meet or exceed their expectations, often supporting ancillary duties to the Client FM teams . Lee has been heavily involved in the strategic development and expansion of our operational footprint across the South West and South Wales.

Colly Sealey – Mobile Business & Contracts Manager

Colly initially started within a Retail Loss Prevention team for House of Fraser in 1996. Developing further retail and commercial experience, Colly then joined Elite Security Group in 2003 – working originally within the Mobile Business. Colly now heads up the contract management for our Thames Valley and Home Counties portfolio, whilst maintaining a  wider interest in the Group and the various aspects of the business. Colly has specific experience with Retail Loss Prevention, Control Room Management, Dog Handling, Mobile Business Operations and Contract Management; offering a varied and diverse knowledgebase.

Mark Evans – Control Room Manager

Mark has held various roles within the Company over the years. Having originally worked within our Mobile Operations Team, he currently manages the Control Room and Operational Scheduling functions for the entire Group.  Mark cultivates the can-do attitude and with extensive management experience, he is also well placed to assist in a variety of developing areas (including contract management and mobile business support). Mark often supports further additional requirements of Clients and is heavily involved in supporting both the Manned Guarding and Mobile operations.

Leanne Bull – Mobile Business Co-Ordinator

Leanne has been with the Company for over 15 years, and offers a wealth of on-hand operational experience to the Mobile Business. Based from the Swindon Office,  and working with the entire Management Team, Leanne is streamlining various historic processes as we migrate to new App and Web based systems. Managing the reactive elements of the business, Leanne is instrumental in ensuring adequate operational ‘bandwidth’ across  the entire mobile footprint.
